Guillermo Vuletin is a fellow in the Global Economy and Development program and the Global-CERES Economic and Social Policy in Latin America Initiative. He received his PhD in Economics from the University of Maryland. He is also a visiting professor at the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies and has been a visiting scholar at the World Bank and the IDB. His research focuses on fiscal and monetary policies with a particular interest in macroeconomic policy in emerging and developing countries.
